How has hurt our entrepreneurial spirit

The message is as appealing to the public, because it is the ardent desire of every human being to his own life. We want to be extraordinary in an ordinary world.
However, few succeed. Why?

The appeasement of our entrepreneurial spirit is one of the main causes.

Human beings are by nature entrepreneurial. Just look around us to see how man has changed the face of the earth. All thanks to the restless curiosity that is characteristic of human beings.

Some call it creativity, others prefer the term “browser” or “innovative.” Whatever name you want to, is the most amazing inner strength that human beings possess.

Entrepreneurship is intrinsic to the Human Being

The entrepreneurial spirit is so innate in the human being should be chained together to curb it.

It is something to observe the behavior of a baby. As has the power to move independently, either crawling or walking, begins an important mission to explore their surroundings.

Due to the methodology used in most of the traditional educational establishments, entrepreneurship children’s innate is slowly subsided to the point of disappearing altogether in some of them.

The three key ingredients of Entrepreneurial Education

The problem lies in the methodology. Every method of education that aims to foster an entrepreneurial spirit in children, have to deal with these three key ingredients based on:

• You must respect the individuality of each child
• It should encourage the love of learning
• Be guided by good mentors who teach in a personalized

In college classrooms these three ingredients are conspicuous by their absence.

It is difficult for a teacher, however good, can respect the individuality of each child in a meaningful way if you are in charge of a course of 30 or more students.

The same applies for individualized instruction. In a classroom context, it is much easier for teachers treat their students as a whole must acquire certain skills and knowledge taught by the education ministry.

The love of learning runs a similar fate. For a child to enjoy learning, be inspired and not pressed.

The responsibility to shape the character of an entrepreneur in their children falls on parents. They can supplement the education of their children with the necessary elements to develop their entrepreneurial skills.

Some things parents can do to encourage an entrepreneurial mindset in their children:
• Respect the individuality of their children
• Inspire learning to love
• Take care that they have real mentors in their lives
• Let them have their own time to dispose of it.
• Give money and teach them to manage it wisely
• Let them make mistakes.
• Create a real context in which to exploit their talents
• Give them responsibilities
• Tell them your problems and admit their mistakes
• Help them closer to God
• Create a sense of civil responsibility
• Play games with them teaching financial
• Read biographies of great entrepreneurs together to inspire
• Teach them to be generous
• Help them discover and foster their strengths, not weaknesses
